Terms of Service — Trustusdtloan

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Trustusdtloan ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Loans are subject to eligibility, identity verification, and collateral confirmation.

3. Collateral & disbursement

All loans require the collateral deposit specified on the applicable plan, sent as USDT (TRC20) to our official wallet address. Loans are disbursed to a wallet address you provide. Sending funds to any address other than the official one displayed in-app is at your own risk.

4. Repayment

Repayment terms are set at approval and follow the plan you selected. Missed or late repayments may result in collateral forfeiture in accordance with your signed loan agreement.

5. No investment advice
